Return/Exchange Policy

Southern Sass Return Policy: 

Store credit only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by SSB within 14 business days of the purchase date with receipt and original tags attached. No returns on jewelry. No returns on sale merchandise. No returns on holiday items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged items are only valid for in-store credit. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. SSB is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.

Orders are fulfilled & shipped within 3 business days. We ship all of our items Flat Rate through USPS. Any tracking information can be found through their website. If you have not received your shipment per tracking info provided within 7 business days email us at
